Soma Papers - Board Meeting Intimation for Unaudited Quarterly Results Jun 2019

SOMA PAPERS & INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Leave of absence, if any.
2. To approve the minutes of the previous board meeting.
3. Taking note of general disclosure to be made in Form BEN-2 with the Registrar of Companies.
4. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('LODR') to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30 June 2019 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
5. As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons, Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from 5 August 2019 to 14 August 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30 June 2019
6. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
